- ➤ Jackson Bumala, a 14-year-old from Vancouver, served as a page at the state Capitol in Olympia last week with sponsorship from Representative John Ley. - ➤ A Vancouver lawmaker, Rep. Stephanie McClintock, sponsored House Bill 2207 which was approved Saturday to let licensed warehouses store beer under wine and spirits rules. The measure aims to help local breweries reduce costs & boost distribution and now heads to the Senate. Clark County Today
