Good morning, Vancouver.

Vancouver police arrested suspect Jeremiah Santos Isezaki on April 2 for assault — unlawful possession of a firearm in connection with a March 7 shooting on Burnt Bridge Creek trail, where a man suffered a life-threatening gunshot wound and was taken to a hospital.

Voters in 23 counties are now receiving mailed ballots for the April 22 special election, which covers local measures including school and fire district races—ballots must be returned by mail, drop box, or in person by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
