- ➤ Clark County’s Lands Management division will begin a forest thinning project at Spud Mountain this summer to remove 30 percent of trees, improve forest health, supply timber to local markets, and support salmon habitat restoration. - ➤ Starting June 4, Vancouver will redirect customers from its old ePermit system to a new Online Permit Center that makes it easier to apply for permits, pay fees, and schedule inspections.
