- ➤ Clark County Parks and Nature is forming a group of local leaders (government officials, nonprofits, youth sports, and conservation groups) to find new ways to fund parks as costs rise. The team will study funding options and start a new irrigation plan on July 5 (expected to cut water use by 40% and save up to $200,000) in response to budget strains. Clark County Today
