- ➤ A Clark County deputy shot and killed a man late Wednesday night in downtown Vancouver after officers responded to a 10:40 p.m. call reporting a suspect, high on meth and alcohol, who broke into a home and left on a bicycle armed with a gun—body-worn cameras recorded the incident as the investigation continues.
