- ➤ Officials publicly identified Vancouver driver Matthew Haynes, 25, who on Aug 6 allegedly ran a red light at Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard and 160th Avenue, causing a crash that injured 10 people before he fled on foot and shot himself—the Clark County medical examiner confirmed his death.
