- ➤ Lawmakers in Washington and Oregon are frustrated as delays push the environmental review for the I-5 Bridge replacement to 2026 and costs could rise to $10 billion. They warned that rising risk factors may slow progress—plans show the new bridge could open by 2032 or 2033—while efforts continue to secure funds. Clark County Today
