Clark County Public Health confirmed two measles cases in unvaccinated children on Sept.
24 — an investigation traced exposure to River HomeLink in Battle Ground on Sept. 17 — and advised unvaccinated individuals with symptoms to call their health care provider.
On Sept. 17, Clark County officials reported that a measles-positive person was at River HomeLink, an alternative K-12 school at 610A Southwest Eaton Boulevard in Battle Ground (8 a.m. to 3 p.m.).
Exposed individuals are advised to monitor for symptoms for 21 days and seek medical advice if needed.
